Who are we looking for?
A Customer Support Agent who can solve customer problems and understands what empathy and proactivity mean.

Your main task will be to communicate with customers, answer their questions, and provide information about order fulfillment.

In addition, your tasks will include:
- Understanding the needs of each customer to build a personal connection and provide quality support.
- Monitoring order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing a team of freelancers: motivation, control, and support.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has proficiency in the German language at a native level (written and spoken at least C1).
- Has a stable internet connection.
- Has their own computer/laptop and a quiet workspace without unnecessary noise.
- Is responsible at work and pays attention to details and deadlines.
- Learns quickly and shows initiative.
- Is communicative, stress-resistant, and self-disciplined.

Experience in the following areas would be an additional advantage (though not mandatory):
- Entrepreneurial business or work in startups.
- Customer support in German-speaking markets.
- Education, participation in Work&Travel programs, internships, or conferences in German-speaking countries.
