What will be your responsibilities?
-Overseeing and managing the company's online presence across various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
-Collaborating in website creation processes, from design brainstorming to content formulation.
-Monitoring the brand's digital reputation, responding to mentions, and addressing concerns to maintain a positive brand image.
-Drafting engaging cases, news stories, portfolios, and other copywriting materials for different platforms.
-Setting, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets to ensure ROI.
-Identifying and analyzing market trends in the IT sector and formulating strategies in response to those insights.

Required Skills:
-Proficiency in English.
-A minimum of 6 months of work experience in a similar position.
-Hands-on experience with key digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads.
-Innate drive and ambition with a results-focused approach.
-Ability to monitor and act on brand reputation in the digital realm.
-Mastery in creating content and strategies for various social media platforms.
-Effective collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams like sales, development, and design.

Would be a plus:
-A basic grasp of IT technologies, products, or services pertinent to our domain.
-Understanding of crucial performance metrics and KPIs in the realm of digital marketing.
-Formal education or certifications in marketing or digital technologies.
-Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
