Embedded C/C++ Tech Lead (offline)

Project Description:
Luxoft Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our team for working as a Developer at our Kyiv office in an international team on a long-term automotive industry projects.
Our customers are leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers serving the major companies in automotive industry. We are working on development of modern and future technologies to make direct impact on next generation products. The projects are in the most rapidly developing and in demand direction - Connected Vehicles and Telematics.
We are waiting for you in our strong and innovating international agile team if you have an experience leading the design, development and enhancement of a new systems from scratch.
Responsibilities:
In your role you will lead a development team that specifies features, designs, documents, implements and integrates applications and modules for several telematics platforms. Development will typically have C++ focus, and make use of modern tools and methodologies.
You will identify and solve problems which require analysis by adopting existing procedures, techniques and methods. You will actively contribute to improvements and changes and take responsibility for quality, delivery, and encourage others to do the same. Furthermore you will directly interact with our customers to discuss on technical solutions.
You are also comfortable working independently and can act as supervisor in technical matters and are able to lead other engineers within the technical area.
