Support Manager ( Support Betting with English and Germany language) (offline)
Role Description
This full-time remote role is for a Support Manager with Germany language skills. As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support agents and ensuring the highest level of customer service . Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and managing all aspects of customer service operations.
Shift work schedule - 2 day shifts (from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) / 2 weekends/ 2night shifts (from
9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.) / 2 weekends. Kyiv time
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Germany both spoken and written
Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming industry
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Ready for night shifts
