Required skills:
6+ months of recruiting / sourcing experience
Upper-Intermediate English
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Boolean search, X-Ray search and familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously, strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Friendly, motivated with a vision to grow quickly together

As a plus:
Experience in writing sales texts or marketing experience

Responsibilities:
Recruit top talent for various job openings in iGaming: IT, finance, marketing, etc.
Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates
Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates for our Hiring managers
