Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst at esirinx, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our enterprise clients to analyze their business processes, understand their unique requirements, and drive the successful implementation of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of client business processes.
- Collaborating closely with clients to gather and document requirements.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications/Jira tasks
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Assisting in the testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-level projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
