Key Requirements:

- English Proficiency: Clear and articulate communication is vital. You'll need to explain complex design concepts in English.

- Design education either formal or informal, you have to know foundations of UI/UX and graphic design.

- PST Time Zone Availability: Our collaborations often involve PST time zone interactions. Ensure your schedule can align with this.

- Willingness to Learn and Dive Deep: If there's an opportunity for overtime or intensive learning, we should be able to count on you.
