Designers bring a unique perspective to project management—you already speak the language of both clients and creatives, understand the challenges of the design process, and can effectively translate business requirements into creative direction. Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at BN Digital, you'll serve as the crucial link between clients and our design/development teams.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business and objectives
• Gather and document requirements through direct client communication
• Maintain professional, friendly communication while advocating for BN Digital's objectives
• Kick off projects by clearly communicating client goals and requirements to the team
• Develop project timelines, cost estimations, and resource requirements
• Review and validate all deliverables before client submission
• Address delays or challenges promptly with alternative solutions
• Provide regular reporting on project progress and team hours
• Collaborate actively with designers and developers to meet deadlines
• Ensure team understanding of project requirements
• Identify and communicate team needs or blockers
   

Required Qualifications

• Upper Intermediate English or higher
• Higher education
• Background in business analysis, technical, or design competence

You are a universal soldier, a Swiss army knife when it comes to building a platform from scratch or adding some fancy features to a marketplace in prod. You're comfortable working with a talented band of designers and engineers. Does that sound like you? Then we have an opportunity for you.

Who you are:

☑ You are able to communicate with clients and team members on various work-related topics, and defend argument your solutions;

☑ You have experience with React framework, you use HOCs, custom hooks, and context APIs, and implement complex state management solutions;

☑ You have experience in optimizing the performance of an app via lazy loading, memoization, etc.

☑ You have experience with NodeJS runtime and you worked with PostgreSQL or other relational DBs;

☑ You are eager to develop your skills in managing REST and GraphQL queries via Apollo or similar libraries;

☑ You are capable of deploying your results via Docker, GitHub Actions;

Bonus points for:

+ You worked with Strapi CMS;

+ You can set up CI/CD autonomously;

+ You are capable of speaking English to talk to a client.
