SMM-менеджер (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook);
- Portfolio with successful projects for IT companies;
- Understanding and analyzing metrics to measure social media effectiveness;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-confidence and a results-oriented mindset;
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or equivalent software;
- Previous experience in IT marketing or IT product marketing;
- Understanding of the software development process;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an SMM strategy for the company;
- Participate in the development and implementation of a content plan;
- Promote our company's accounts on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
- Prepare social media content according to the plan, including text content and graphics;
- Execute advertising campaigns and analyze results in future;
- Analyze traffic conversion, generate reports, and work with Google Analytics.
