Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (3+);
• Strong problem-solving approach and stress resistance;
• Experience in IT domain;
• Upper-intermediate English.

As a plus:
• Experience in headhunting top-management positions;
• Experience in product IT company.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with the Hiring Manager on position requirements and other related aspects;
• Search for the candidates utilizing different channels;
• Contact candidates and conduct phone screening interviews;
• Conduct initial interviews on-site;
• Ensure the proper interviewing process for the candidate and the feedback delivery;
• Maintain internal Applicant Tracking System and report on a daily and weekly basis.
