As a member of The People Team, your role will involve supporting our rapidly growing business. As an HRG, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our team and nurturing a high-performance culture. Get ready to make a meaningful impact and have a whole lot of fun along the way!

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

What you'll be doing:

Build Processes: Description and launch of onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding processes.
Operations Management: Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies (сompensation and benefits and others). Analysis, optimization, and development from scratch of business processes in the field of HR responsibility.
People Development: Help organize training & development initiatives (including employee development plans). Organize annual employee performance reviews.
Employee Engagement: Maintaining corporate culture and company values through internal team activities.
People Partner: Employee’s mood monitoring (conducting 1-to-1 meetings & providing action plans). Risk management.

What you need to succeed:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist for international teams of at least 5 years
Upper-Intermediate in English (B2+)
You have confirmed real-world projects to incorporate culture into a multinational team and foster its growth
Your experience shows that you have successfully initiated multiple HR processes from the ground up in a product-based company
Experience in developing and implementing collaboration processes for teams located in various countries
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
The ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
You are an excellent listener and have a talent for identifying the crucial aspects of a vast amount of information
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
