Customer Support Specialist

We are looking to hire young and fun people, fluent in English with no or minimal accent who have clear communication skills.

Shift:
11 am - 8 pm, GMT

Responsibilities:

1. Effectively address customer inquiries via chat & email
2. Monitor and respond to feedback on social media
3. Maintain professionalism when owning customer interactions
4. Take responsibility for your work
5. Identify, document, and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features
6. Identify trends in customer requests and suggest improvements to processes and products
7. Collaborate with members of other teams
