Product Manager/QA $1000-1500

We are in need of a Product Owner to work on the development of a new version of our product - SaaS to shift the market of hiring and recruiting in Tech. We want to achieve that by creating single sources of verified data about the candidates and companies with advanced AI-powered matching mechanics.

 

The ideal candidate will be proficient in requirements structuring, backlog management, and understanding of the SaaS approach with experience working independently.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Requirements Management: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs and requirements of stakeholders. It includes functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

 

Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (design, back-end dev, front-end dev), ensuring the team is working on features or tasks that deliver maximum value. Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the development team.

 

Scrum Ceremonies: Run the Scrum events such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

 

Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with stakeholders (both internal and external), communicate product developments, resolve any issues, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.

 

Quality Assurance: Execute the QA, create test plans, bug reports, and ensure that the product is aligned with requirements.

 

Product Analytics: Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to inform future development and make adjustments as necessary.

 

Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in a product owner role for a minimum of 1 year, preferably in the SaaS or HRTech, social networks, LMS, and recruiting technology industry.

 

Knowledge of UX/UI principles, ability to work with design teams to ensure a user-centric design approach.

 

Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies. Ability to lead and run the Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings.

 

Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including QA processes and methodologies.

 

An understanding of the recruiting process, candidate management systems, and associated technologies is a strong advantage.

 

Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills. Knowledge about web analytics, system integrations, and API.

 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

 

Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.

 

Fluent English, must. You will need to present demos in front of native speakers.
