Marketing And PR Manager

Desirable Work Experience (critical knowledge and skills):
Minimum 3 years of experience in SMM, PR, marketing or communications
Proven experience in conducting advertising campaigns for technical, consumer or comparable products
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
Strategic and creative thinking to come up with non-standard strategies when needed
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create well-structured marketing and PR materials
Deep knowledge and understanding of working with the media
English language proficiency: (C1) - advanced
Computer literacy, special software, and services:
Marketing tools such as SimilarWeb, Serpstat, SEMrush - mandatory
Standard MS Office and PowerPoint programs

Duties:
- Content creation and placement according to the monthly content plan.
- Development of PR strategies and tactics for promoting various Point2Web products on external platforms.
- Management of co-marketing activities and collaborations between Point2Web and partners in accordance with the monthly content plan.
- Development of Employer branding.
- Selection of conferences for participation, negotiations with conference organizers, documentation and payments, ensuring quality representation (booth design, branded gifts, organizing company performances/activities to attract contacts, preparing videos for display, etc.), participation in organizing business trips for company representatives.
- Selection of events related to conferences (pre-parties, after-parties) and organizing the brand's presence at them; participation in cost-effectiveness analysis of conference expenses.
- Cross-promotion collaborations (partner search, generation of collaboration ideas, negotiations on terms, implementation of cross-promotion), regular updates of the discounts and bonuses dashboard in the admin panel, ensuring free exposure through cross-promotion.
- Agreements and organization of cooperation on paid placements, paid content preparation, etc. Compilation of partnership opportunities. Keeping records of "points of contact" with affiliates. Managing appearances on review sites, forums, blogs, and other sources.
- Managing payments and document approvals. Compilation of budgets/payment plans for a month/year.
- Seeking opportunities to strengthen the company in the market, proposals, and ideas for development (getting free exposure, unusual forms of representation, alternative touchpoints with affiliates, improving customer experience through automation, etc.).

Work Schedule: 11:00-20:00; 12:00-21:00; 13:00-22:00
The company provides 20 working days of vacation, 3 working days of day off, 3 working days of sick leave per year.
Hybrid work (2 days at home, Kyiv office) (1 day at home, Tallinn office)
