Marketing Manager (offline)

Responsibilities

● Manage and develop the local marketing team in Europe
● Work closely with internal departments and centers of excellence to execute marketing initiatives and strategies
● Maximize opportunities with existing vendors and partnerships for improved marketing collaboration and funding

○ Develop partner marketing plans and strategy
○ Build relationships with existing vendors and partners to cultivate long term collaboration and growth opportunities
○ Review and capitalize on existing marketing and coop agreements
○ Identify the potential for growth and steps needed for additional funding and marketing opportunities

● Drive region-based campaigns and activities to generate and nurture leads, acquire and maintain customers and reach company goals
● Develop localized marketing collateral, content, tools, and support for the regional sales and distribution channels.
● Maintain internal relationships and collaboration for the successful development, representation, market introduction, and promotion of TEAM´s services.
● Understand the local market environment, the competitive landscape, and the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value; using this to identify local opportunities of value to the organization.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in business, PR, marketing, communications
● 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably for B2B services
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
● Excellent project management and organizational skills
● Strong organizational and analytical skills
● Previous management experience

Preferred Experience and Skills

● Previous experience in the IT/technology industry
● Experience with CRM and marketing automation
