Customer Support Representative (Sportsbook) $830

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

• Assist users via multiple channels with their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner;
• Recognize and address Customers’ concerns and pain points;
• Guide Customers through our platforms’ features, processes, and promotions, ensuring they have a seamless experience;
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and consistently improve it;
• Develop your communication, multitasking;
• Contribute to optimization and enhancement of Customer support procedures and flows.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within the or gaming industry;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• A solid understanding of different markets, odds and sports events will be a big plus;
• Readiness to take 5 working shifts per week (with 2 compulsory night shifts);
• Eagerness to take a 2-week product training (the training will be held in one of the co-workings in the the center of Kyiv)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to assist our users.

N.B. Currently for this role we consider candidates from Kyiv, as the product training will be held in the co-working in the city center. The work format after training will be remote.
