We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our stellar Customer Service Team full-time. Your contributions will be essential in providing exceptional customer support, building lasting loyalty, and enriching overall satisfaction.
What you will do:
β’ Take center stage in the Customer Experience journey;
β’ Address customer inquiries and requests through phone, chat, and email;
β’ Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure timely resolution;
β’ Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and consistently update your expertise;
β’ Identify and address client needs and concerns effectively;
β’ Coordinate and manage your weekly schedule in alignment with team requirements.
