Support and Client Integration Engineer (offline)

Skills:
- University-level degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or Mathematics
- Experience is not obligatory
- Knowledge of Linux, scripting languages
- Good written and spoken English (able to communicate with European clients)

Will be plus:
- Theoretical knowledge of databases (e.g. Oracle, or an open source type), and SQL languages.

Main responsibilities include:
- Support level one: phone/email support of the platform and clients (English working language)
- Daily operations of the system
- Developing new automated testing, and test harness (functional and technical)
- Participate in release management and automation of release management
- Work on client projects for specifying the integration scenarios and testing.
