Customer Support Manager (USA Market) $600-900

An IoT product development company specializing in software development in America and Canada. Currently, we are looking for Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

- work with incoming requests

- calls to clients

- processing requests to cancel the service

- other ongoing duties

Requirements:

- 1y experience

- good level of English, Ukrainian

Conditions:

- 3$ per hour - the first month

3.5$ - next 3 months

4$ - after 3 months

- remote work.

- work schedule 16:00 - 02:00 and 22:00 - 8:00 Kyiv time.
