The main activity - the company deals with the settlement of damages after any incident with the client's fleet. They work only B2B with fleets of 80 cars or more. They act as a third party that takes over all the tasks instead of the client. They solve all legal issues, communication and reimbursement with insurance companies, vehicle repairs, etc. The client only needs to call and then they will do all the work themselves. Their clients do not need to hire staff to deal with all issues after incidents, they simply delegate it to the client. Plus, the client only needs to pay them, they take care of all the invoicing with all the other participants.


The company wants to change the software in its call center.
Now they have a call center of 50 people, they want to integrate the contact center software in order to be able to expand the functionality (receive calls, emails, messages, etc.). This contact center should integrate with Microsoft Teams, preferably certified software.
