Expectations and Requirements:

For candidates specializing in MySQL databases:

Deep understanding of database management, performance tuning, and debugging.

Ability to optimize the performance and reliability of our database systems.

Proficiency in MySQL and related technologies.

For candidates specializing in Security:

Well-versed in system security measures, vulnerability assessment, and threat mitigation techniques.

Experience in implementing robust security protocols to safeguard systems, applications and data.

Familiarity with fintech industry security standards and best practices.

In both cases:

Proficiency in automated deployment, continuous integration, and related DevOps principles.

Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
