Senior Lead Generation/Outbound Marketer

We are looking for an experienced specialist to improve our outbound processes and performance. As a part of a small lead-gen team, you’ll have the opportunity to implement your vision into new outbound strategies. We expect you to be a proactive and result-oriented person who always strives for better results.

 

Required skills:

- Experience in a similar role in an IT outsourcing company for 2+ years

- Experience with email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns

- Knowledge of Hubspot

- Profound experience working with automatization tools (Expandi, Snov.io, Apollo)

- Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2+)

 

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan

- Participation in the development of new ICPs for B2B lead generation campaigns

- Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams

- Process all replies, schedule calls, nurture leads and follow up with them

- Manage contacts/leads in Hubspot

- Come up with new and creative ideas for lead generation sequences. (Linkedin, email)

- Constant improvement of outbound efficiency (conversion rate, open rate, reply rate)

- Run A/B tests
