Business Development Manager CAD, GIS in Kazakhstan (Bentley, Dassault, Hexagon)

Requirements for a candidate for the position of BDM (vendors Bentley, Dassault, Hexagon, Cloudian)
Requirements:

- Proven experience (3 years+) in selling complex business solutions, managing and growing a portfolio for customers;
- Experience of negotiating with the customer at a senior management level;
- Knowledge of project and facility sales, working with distributors;
- Experience in sales and implementation of CAD/PLM/GIS software is a must (areas: engineering and construction and/or manufacturing industry will be an advantage);
- Proven experience in business planning (business/account/action planning)
- Higher technical education;
- Proactive attitude to life;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to travelling on business trips

Responsibilities:

- Systematic implementation of sales plan, planning and analysis, development and implementation of tactics to increase sales;
- Ensuring target growth: sales volume and market share of the company in the region;
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment;
- Organisation of active search, attraction and retention of clients; Building strong business relationships with clients within a certain territory;
- Independent management of key clients;
- Conducting effective negotiations, concluding contracts;
- Fulfilment of the plan to conduct POV/POC (proof of value/concept) for customers;
- Organisation of trainings for partners and customers;
- CRM-reporting: responsibility for maintaining the client base; preparation of reporting documentation and analytics in accordance with the company's policies.
