HR Generalist (offline)

Now we are looking for an HR Generalist on a full-time basis.

What we expect from you:

- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist/People Partner;

- Experience in developing and implementing HR processes&policies;

- Proven experience with employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, development, performance review, retention, and offboarding;

- Upper-Intermediate English;

- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills

- Continuous self-development;

- Knowledge of our industry will be a plus;


Your key responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process;

- Conduct employee onboarding&offboarding programs;

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures;

- Manage employee relations issues including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management;

- Cooperate with managers and support in issues related to people management;

- Administer employee benefits system and work closely with financier;

- Participate in HR brand development.
