Account manager/customer success manager (offline)

Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented CSM to join our CSM team at SalesNash. We’re a fast-growing company that works in B2B lead generation and outreach.

SalesNash is a young, but also cool and fast progressing company. In the period of 5 years of active and creative work, we’ve managed to develop into a company with 50 employees, 250 successfully completed projects and grand plans for the future.

Requirements:
- Experience working in an equivalent position;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced written and spoken English;
- Good understanding of how to work with clients;
- Experience working with native English speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing customers;
- Get new projects started and develop strategies, manage campaigns;
- Organize customer service at the highest level;
- Assign tasks to the members of the team;
- Cooperate with other teams to reach goals;
- Provide feedback to the client about the work done;
- Ensure high team performance;
- Get feedback and scores from clients;
- Handle complaints and issues;
- Analyze the success of the project, search for the ways to improve company’s performance.
