HRBP (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and supporting HR processes for the segment, considering the specifics of the segment and development plans.
• Synchronizing the work of People Partners in the segment, ensuring high quality and up-to-date changes to processes and practices of cooperating with people.
• Interacting with the team of managers regularly to understand the business focus and update a work plan.

1. Developing plans of hiring and collaboration with the recruitment team, updating the hiring plan collaborating with the Lead Recruiter regarding the hiring process,
getting involved (if necessary) to work on the interaction between the participants in the hiring process, and to solve any disputed and/or problematic cases;

2. Organization of the onboarding process.
quality control of the onboarding process
addressing issues in a timely manner
training of managers involved in the process
preparing guides and communications;

3. Monitoring team and employee resource status.
conducting 1:1 meetings, developing questionnaires and guides for managers and employees
analyzing results and implementing useful updates to processes;

4. Benefits package management.
participating in policy development for the segment, taking into account regional and role-specific factors
suggesting adjustments in case of changes in business needs, market trends, and to improve satisfaction;

5. Performance management.
participating in the development of performance management methodologies
ensuring the implementation of the process, training managers on the methodology of cooperating with employees to improve business efficiency and develop expertise
analyzing the effectiveness of the process/results and suggesting tools/practices for improvement;

6. Payroll management.
participating in the development of payroll management policy for the segment, setting general principles/approaches to determine salary based on the employee’s role and career level
analyzing the dynamics of salary markets and proposing changes to the approach and amount of payments in terms of salary ranges for a professional group;

7. Organizing and managing team events/team-building activities.
accumulating the events plan for the segment
coordinating the events plan and budget with CHRD;

8. Managing internal communications.
developing communication principles, rules and channels with the PR team asking for assistance from the PR team if needed.

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience as HR Business Partner of 100+ people teams in multiple regions;
• Experience in optimizing and adapting HR processes, taking into account regional specifics and team growth dynamics;
• Experience in developing and implementing bonus programs;
• Experience in building a strong team brand in different markets;
• Ability to work with HR analytics;
• English proficiency level – B1+.
