Senior Java Developer (offline)

Playtika is a mobile gaming entertainment and technology market leader with a portfolio of multiple game titles.

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team in dynamic studio Redecor, looking for a talented Software Engineer who has Java as main technology stack and is enthusiastic about broadening skill set to include Nodejs.

Responsibilities:
• Take part in the full development lifecycle of features. (planning, designing, development, testing, release to production, assist in production issues, etc.)
• Work closely with stakeholders and other departments and ensure that our players get the best experience Uphold a high standard of code quality (documentation, testing, code review, etc.)
• Develop efficient services that will serve millions of requests/day. Write integration, functional and unit tests for new services
• Actively developing microservices for new features
• Support existent monolith
• Ownership of the code
Requirements:
• Deep Java knowledge (Java Core, multithreading)
• Strong awareness of Spring stack: (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud);
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, Aerospike)
• A mastery of object-oriented design, design patterns and software design best practices
• Desire to write unit and functional tests (JUnit, AssertJ, Mockito), as well as integration tests and Testcontainers Java library
• Experience leading the design, development, delivery and support of technically complex software products
• Proficiency at understanding an existing codebase, learning from it and documenting/explaining when needed

Nice to have:
• Experience with microservice architecture

• Experience with Postgresql
