We're looking for a passionate and driven Head of HR who is dedicated to building and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. As a natural people person, you understand the importance of employee engagement and satisfaction, and have experience developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that support employee growth and development. In your spare time, you may be found reading up on the latest HR trends and attending HR-related events to stay up-to-date on best practices in the field. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR management

• Experience in the IT industry (experience with product companies and startups is a plus)

• Experience with various HR performance management practices

• Experience in developing and implementing performance management systems, including setting goals and objectives, measuring performance, and providing feedback and coaching to employees. Familiarity with OKRs and other performance metrics is highly desirable

• Knowledge of HR processes and an open-to-people approach

• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills

• Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align people strategies with company goals

• A team player with motivation and innovative ideas

• At least upper-intermediate level of English.

 

Responsibilities

​​• Become a part of the management team to work and implement new effective HR procedures and policies

• Develop and implement a performance management system for different roles with top management, including setting goals and objectives, measuring performance, and providing feedback and coaching to employees

• Monitor and manage the personal promotion process for all employees of the company

• Create and improve the process of team performance evaluation, and track HR metrics during and after the trial period

• Provide timely and efficient solutions to any issues from the management team

• Manage budgets and assess staffing needs

• Facilitate communication (e.g. develop protocols) between teams and team members

• Design training programs and develop compensation plans

• Lead company retention and recognition policies

• Develop the company's HR brand and act as an advisor, consultant, and advocate for the organization

• Be an empathetic leader.
