Senior JavaScript Software Engineer — a navigation project (offline)

Here you’ll be able to use lots of new technologies and bring value to innovative products.

Requirements:
• 4+ years experience as a Front-End/Full-Stack developer
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Strong experience with React/Angular/Vue
• Hands-on experience in implementing pixel-perfect designs over HTML/CSS
• Strong hands-on skill with frontend toolkits (Gulp, Webpack, Karma, Jasmine etc.)
• Experience in working in a Linux based server environment
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

As a plus
• Experience with building, maintaining and optimizing large scale responsive web apps
• Hands-on Experience in cloud technologies
• Experience developing using one of the following frameworks (AppEngine, GKE, Cloud Run)
• Experience developing high load/high traffic user-facing software
• Hands-on experience in writing unit-tests
• Experience with frameworks like Angular, Backbone, Vue
Solid linux/unix skills
• Experience with mobile-specific sites, and mobile-web/native app integrations
• Experience in setup and continuous improvement of dev environment
• Experience in setup and continuous improvement of a multi-stage production environment Experience working on a distributed team (not all in one physical location)
• Experience with OpenLayers
• Experience with WebComponents
• Open source contributions

Responsibilities
As a software engineer you will work on a big project critical for our customers’ needs. You’ll be able to use lots of new technologies and bring value to innovative products. Develop new features with JavaScript using best practices, considering security and performance. (80-90% of front-end tasks and 10-20% of back-end at the moment).
