Senior AQA Engineer (Selenium+Ruby, Postman) (offline) $4000-5000

US Company is searching for Senior Automation Quality Assurance specialist into the team of 5-6 developers. Interesting project (6+ months with option of prolongation), full-time, an official contract. Remote work (or in any of 3 existing offices in Ukraine & Poland).

The project is development one of the features of Supply Chain Risk Management platform that consists of many interconnected services based on SOA approach. With help of AI it analyses supply chains for its customers assesing risk of points/regions and providing guidance for its mitigation.
Our main stack is Ruby on Rails, sidekiq, React,Heroku, AWS, Redis and PostgreSQL. We have separate backend Ruby engineers and dedicated frontend ones, so I assume tasks will be mostly backend although we won't forbid fullstack from doing the job.

Responsibilities:
* Review requirements for complex manufacturing processes
* Create test cases systematically using test analysis techniques
* Create functional and non-functional, as well as integration test cases
* Execute test cases and analyse test results
* Implement automated testing
* Implement testing procedures
* Perform thorough regression testing
* Perform manual testing, if required
* Identification of error sources and reporting defects

Required skills (must have):
* Automated QA: Selenium+Ruby for UI, Postman for API.
* Have already worked as a QA Engineer and are comfortable with all parts of an agile development process (6+ years)
* Working independently as well as with the team
* Easily get into new, complex topics
* ISTQB Foundation certification preferable but not mandatory
* Ideally have experience in both: functional and non-functional testing in an agile environment
* Ideally already gained experience with test automation
* Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail at all times and look for ways to improve and promote quality
* Excellent communicator: clear, concise, empathetic, and unambiguous
* Have an eye for both miniscule details as well as the big picture
* Upper intermediate (or higher) spoken and written English
* Following EU business hours

Work conditions:
* 100% remote work or in any of existing offices: Kyiv, Rivne, Tychy (PL).
* 2-weeks scrum, 5-6 team members.
* Full-time (40 hours per week).
* Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.
* Flexible schedule, adopted to EU business hours.
* 6 months duration with option of prolongation

Step 1 - preliminary interview (main questions) - 20 mins
Step 2 - internal tech interview (tech questions) - 40-50 mins
Step 3 - tech interview with team leader and architect - 30-50 mins
