Customer Facing Odoo Functional Consultant (offline) $1500-2500

Hello,
We are working as Odoo integrator (Gold partner in Poland), providing consulting and development services across the globe. Currently, we want to fill in the role of Project Leader in Odoo terminology in other words Customer Facing Odoo Functional Consultant.
Who is a Project leader?
- it is a combined role that requires attentiveness to details during testing and validation of results received from the development team (like QA)
- skills in maintaining tasks, statuses, comments, acceptance criteria
- skills in maintaining documentation (like BA, technical writer)
- understanding Odoo, suggesting solutions, documenting, and taking part in the estimation process
- leading people, talking to people, giving tasks, making sure tasks are clear and commitments are held. We would expect you to have a leadership experience (like PM)
- contacting potential customers - seeing if Odoo works for them, showing how it works, and training them eventually. (a little bit like Sales)
Not being afraid of diving into the technical details of a solution, would be a big advantage for this role.
We are a completely remote Odoo company, working with multiple domains (retail, pharmacy, legal services, healthcare, etc).
