Customer Support Representative (offline) $400-700

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative that wants to work in an IT department of a product company that provides software to the airline industry. 2nd line of Support - no calls!
As a Customer Support person, you will be a key part of the company's Customer Support big team.
You will work on a big development project and this role involves great responsibility for your own work.
We need:
- Great communications skills
- Ability to work only morning shifts (from 7:00 to 16:00)
- Passion for self-education and self-motivation, team player with eager to help colleagues
- Upper-intermediate level of English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Experience will be a plus
