IT Researcher (offline)

We are looking for IT Researcher to join our team.

Requirements:

● At least Intermediate English

● At least 6 months of experience in searching for IT vacancies

● Understanding of the Recruitment process

● Experience in Boolean and X-Ray search

● Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool

● Flexibility and multitasking

● Ability to learn and adapt quickly

● Negotiation skills and ability to work with objections

● High level of self-organization, responsibility, and involvement

Responsibilities:

● Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates

● CV screening according to vacancy requirements

● Identify the best matching talents for our clients’ teams

● Initial contact with candidates and processing them to the recruitment team

● Execute various market analyses required to help fill vacancies faster

● Maintenance of databases and related reports

● Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals
