Role: Remote
Location: Ukraine with relocation opportunity to Poland / Romania / Bulgaria

Responsibilities

- Participate in market remuneration survey (Global and Local providers)
- Conducting External/Internal benchmarks analysis
- Supporting salary review process globally
- Salary Ranges development and regular update globally
- Supporting annual Merit review cycle
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis
- Participating in other C&B related projects

Nice to have:
Experience in big international companies with global or regional responsibility, work in Big 4 consulting companies

Skills
Must have

Analytical Skills, Compensation and Benefits, HR Databases, Microsoft Excel, Office Pack, Sufficient knowledge and practice of C&B processes: Base Salary management, Variable practices (STIs, LTIs), benefits, knowledge of external compensation providers (WTW, Mercer, Korn Ferry, etc)

Nice to have

Skills: Attention to detail, Business English, Creative thinking, Effective written communication, Presentation skills, Problem solving, Time management
Experience:
Experience in big international companies with global or regional responsibility, work in Big 4 consulting companies
