CEO/COO/General manager

We are Thinksoft - a small European software development company which has been on the market for about three years. We provide outsourcing and dedicated team services for EU and USA-based projects/clients` projects (E-commerce, Fintech, Real Estate, Marketplaces, CRM, etc.).
Now we are looking for an experienced and talented Top manager who will develop, manage and strive to ensure the company's growth.
The key responsibility is selling company services, so if sales, people, and process management are your key competencies, please read below the detailed description of the person we are looking for.


Responsibilities:
- Building sales strategies and ensuring company growth with new clients.
- Managing all the company's processes (delivery, hiring, retention, performance evaluation process, etc.).
- Managing and improving internal company processes (working closely with accountants, HR, recruiters, and engineers).
- Communication with our clients, managing their projects.
- Building and evolving the company's brand on the internal market.


Requirements:
- One of the key qualities of the person we are looking for is the striving to build and scale companies at any level.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset.
- Experience taking on a C-level position in an IT company (service company preferably) for more than three years.
- Experience in managing small and mid-size companies/departments (20 people +).
- Strong understanding of fundamental principles of sales IT services for the western market.
- Experience in successfully closing selling deals of IT services.


Would be a plus:
- Technical background in addition to the points mentioned above.
- Good understanding of the SDLC principles.
- Good understanding of the commonly used IT technologies, practices and principles.
- Knowledge of financial reporting (P&L, Cash flow, etc.)
