To strengthen our market positions we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is excited in evolving our marketing strategies.

Your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on the business. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate. We move very quickly, and you'll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.

What we are looking for
- Driving our content strategy in close communication with sales, R&D and senior management
- Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
- Have a growth marketing/optimization mindset; deeply analytical
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
- Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
- High English language proficiency, good German language skills
What you will do
- Planning content strategy which leads market, convince customers and convert into sales
- Close collaboration with sales, R&D and management
- Managing copywriters
- Analyzing KPIs and optimizing using Google Analytics, Ahrefs and other tools
- Planning and implementing Google Adwords and SMM campaigns
- Reports to senior management
