What skills do you need for this vacancy?

◾️Minimum 3+ years of experience in the marketing sphere;

◾️Minimum 2+ years of experience in blockchain marketing;

◾️Proven experience in growing crypto projects from scratch and/or boosting the volumes of already established crypto projects;

◾️Proven experience in launching PPC campaigns in a crypto niche (Google, Meta, Brave, YouTube, TikTok) with budgets starting from $20,000;

◾️Proven experience in strategic crypto marketing;

◾️Understanding of crypto community's growing mechanics and experience of its implementation;

◾️Understanding of projects unit economy and ability to adapt marketing strategies to it;

◾️Understanding of Analytic tools (GA, Amplitude, Appsflyre, etc.);

◾️Experience in managing marketing teams and strong trouble-solving skills;

◾️A self-starter mentality.

What additional qualities can come in useful?

📍Strong network in the blockchain sphere (connections with VC, projects, KOLs, etc.);

📍Connections with other high-quality agencies, freelancers and other counterparties that could act as a contractor.

What will be your responsibilities?

☑️Work in “Head of the marketing style” with early-stage projects we are working with to set up their in-source processes;

☑️Consult projects in terms of performance marketing, SMM, community management, strategic marketing, etc.;

☑️Negotiate with counterparties and support connections between teams and ensure processes execution;

☑️Create and ensure optimization and execution of multichannel marketing strategies;

☑️Lead a marketing team that includes paid traffic, SMM, content specialists and so on;

☑️Act like a troubleshooter and be ready to help each team member with each task.
