Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Our company develops our own software for the stock exchange. Due to the expansion of the activities we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for full time.

 

Requirements:

- Higher technical education/student

- English — Upper-Intermediate level

- Knowledge of any programming language

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel

 

Responsibilities:

- Setup/configuration of the brokerage trading platform;

- Creating bug reports based on customer feedback;

- Analyzing the client’s problems and finding the best options for solutions;

- Assistance in setting up integration with third-party systems (REST API, FIX API);

- Participation in the product development process (propose ideas, participate in the discussion)

- Server and platform monitoring using Zabbix, Alerts analysis;

- We work with clients via Ticket System/Email in 90% of cases

 

Will be an advantage:

- understanding of the software testing processes and practices

- administration of Windows / Linux

- 5-day work schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Flexible schedule with the possibility of exchanging shifts with colleagues (night shifts are possible)
