Head of PSP Accounting and Monitoring Team (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Management and mentoring of PSP Accounting&Monitoring team by designating, performing and transfer of operational processes, standards and best practices;
• Creating, filling and support of the business-processes regarding communication with payment providers, maintenance of connection and controlling of operations, arrangement of fast and effective choice of the best payment channel;
• Ability to conduct negotiations regarding improving the conditions of cooperation with payment providers. Proactive analysis of processes for identification of inefficiency, controlling of weaknesses and searching for opportunities to increase the effectiveness and the productivity of the work;
• Permanent analysis of the problems with payment system and their quick elimination;
• Organization and support of the process of permanent communication with partners from financial organizations regarding with regard to processing and execution of payments.

Job specific skills \ We require:
• 3-plus-year experience of operational/managerial working in a technological company that is growing rapidly; experience in the fintech/gaming/gambling and betting field;
• Having a good grasp of the market of payment systems and their working principles;
• Clear understanding of regulatory and technical factors which affect payment services;
• Analytical thinking;
• Ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Great verbal, writing and presentational skills;
• English language, intermediate level (B2) preferably.
