Product Manager with experience in the crypto exchange business (offline)

Your mission:
Set up and maintain smooth operations of the exchange, constantly improve it by providing relevant stories.

Specifically, you will:

· Design the process of managing the exchange liquidity and operations
· Setup and take part in all stages of operations to increase exchange trading volume
· Understand and represent end-users needs.
· Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
· Define a vision for a product.
· Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
· Prioritize product features and capabilities.
· Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
· Roadmap planning, managing backlog, fixing, and reporting any issues or errors.
· Working closely with the team that includes nine members, such as six developers, a marketing manager, a product designer, and biz dev/customer support manager.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:

· Experience in running and exchange or digital asset trading platform
· Experience crypto trader understands market making and financial flows.
· Experienced in building something complex.
· 3+ years of experience in product management.
· Experience in managing high load high availability enterprise-level products.
· Knowledge of Figma, SDLC, Agile, Scrum.
