Lead generation manager (offline)

What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:
- Good English;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience with Sales Navigator, LinkedIn,and email automation tools will be a huge bonus
- Basic computer skills: browser, Google Docs, Google Drive
- Experience in IT lead generation will be a bonus;
- Experience in working with foreign audience will be a bonus;
- Perseverance, attention to detail responsibility, result orientation, attentiveness, ability to learn quickly

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Work both in team and independently, research and map potential accounts
Identify key accounts stakeholders that fit ICP (ideal customer persona) description
- Build cold contact lists in compliance with provided criteria;
- Search emails manually and via automated tools and upload them to the CRM;
- Drive cold manual messaging and in-mailing with perspective profiles via LinkedIn;
- Convert cold LinkedIn leads to warm, pass warm leads to business development manager;
- Upload information about leads to CRM, update initial statuses and pass lead to colleagues in bizdev team.
- Regularly report on statuses, provide updates; constantly analyze and improve the results.
