Technical Support Specialist L2

👋 We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Midgard squad.

To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
✅ Knowledge of XML/JSON
✅ Knowledge of Git
✅ Understanding of API protocols
✅ SDLC knowledge
✅ Basic knowledge of QA process
✅ Previous experience in a relevant position (2+ years)
✅ Experience with monitoring systems
✅ To be a proactive and client-oriented person with a strong work-ethics
✅ Effective communication skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
✅ At least an Upper-intermediate level of proper written and oral English
✅ Strong desire to develop and learn quickly
✅ Ability to have obligatory 2-3 remote night shifts per week


What will you be doing?
⭐️ Understand and analyze issues to be able to find appropriate
solutions
⭐️ Integration protocol testing
⭐️ Second-level customer support
⭐️ Delivering excellent customer service with 5 shifts a week
⭐️ Proactive work with cross teams
