👯Your responsibilities on the project will be:

- Produce user-focused goal-oriented designs for Company and Client's platforms with match plans and deadlines set;

- Hold a close communication with the Client;

- Cooperate with developers during the hand-off stage;

- Build communication with all parties involved to argue, argue and evaluate design solutions and decisions proposed to keep track of constant improvement.

🕹Tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma

🗞Our requirements to you:

- 1+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer (is a must);

- Upper-intermediate English level (is a must);

- Experience in designing Web and Mobile apps;

- Excellent experience in UI interface design;

- Excellent communicational skills for presenting and validating designs;

- Professional, demonstrable experience designing user-centered mobile and web applications;

- Good knowledge in Visual, interaction, and UX design;

- Proficient in Figma, Sketch;

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, XD) would be an advantage;

- Experience in using prototyping tools and great prototyping abilities;

- Validate and evaluate your ideas with stakeholders and users;

- Experience in direct communication with Clients (in English)

- Strong work ethic and relentless pursuit of new and creative solutions;

- Exceptional attention to detail, along with solid communication and presentation skills.

💥It would be cool if you have experience:

- in creating and maintaining a UI kit for the project;

- in Sprints and you know how to use Jira and Confluence;

- in Presales;

- in Discoveries.
