Job responsibilities

You will be taking part in the design and implementation of new software solutions, as well as working with improving existing e-commerce solutions.

As part of your work you will need to carry out research to identify issues and problems then recommend possible solutions for AB testing and determining the optimal choice between the recommended solutions.

You will also prepare wireframes and prototypes when designing solutions. Knowledge of tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma and InVision will be useful for working with client-partners and the development team. You will also help client-partners improve conversion rates, increase average order value and increase revenue with the use of Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager and Google Optimize.

Our technical team works closely with the sales team to ensure that we give the best advice to prospective client-partners. You will support the sales team from time to time giving advice on how Forbytes can help the prospective client partner with improved user experience on their digital interfaces.

Qualifications for the job

To be a successful candidate for this position a person should meet the following technical knowledge and previous experience:

- Ability to develop wireframes and prototypes.
- Work with Google Analytics and Google Optimizer
- Knowledge of e-commerce and improving conversion rates

To qualify for the job candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to:

- Write and speak in English (English level on Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Complete assignments with thoroughness and accuracy to achieve results and high-quality work
- Follow standards and procedures
- Keep complete records and reporting required for the role
- Pay attention to detail
- Complete assignments by or before the deadline
- Produce sufficient work in a limited amount of time
- Maintain control of their work regardless of external pressures
