Customer Service Representative (Portuguese Language) (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Can-do attitude;
β€” Portuguese (Native proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency);
β€” Customer care experience (would be a plus);
β€” The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person;
β€” Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts);
β€” Proficient in MS Office;
β€” Persuasive Speaking Skills & Patience.

Will be a plus:
β€” Personal or professional experience with iGaming.

β€” Help customers with complaints and questions;
β€” Cold calls for potential customers;
β€” Provide expert answers for customers;
β€” Checking Player transactions.
