SEO Manager (offline)

Key Responsibilities:
* Measure the performance of the SEO processes, identify behaviors and leverage to opportunities, data analysis and monitoring of various KPIs
* Manage team of SEO Specialists
* Manage keyword research and on-site content optimization.
* Take responsibility for a daily and weekly tracking of all organic channels while ensuring that the team is meeting company’s goals.
* Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
* Collaborate with programmers and engineers to develop and maintain improved technical aspects of the company’s sites.
* Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
* Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
* Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
* Optimize website content and landing pages
* Off-page optimization projects


Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as an SEO manager.
* 2+ years of managerial experience.
* Deep understanding of industry tools and sources: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, AdWords, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, AWR and more.
* Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
* Technical background and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, FLASH, AJAX, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
* Experience in content marketing including creative content ideas based on research, and in link building including prospecting.
* Fluent English.
* Outstanding analytical skills and communication abilities.
