CMO - Head of Digital (offline)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set marketing goals and objectives;
- Hiring a marketing team (affilate manager dep, media buying dep, SEO & marketing development dep, CRM dep);
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy;
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company;
- Determine KPIs for marketing department;
- Keep the marketing budget in check;
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy;
- Reporting to the CEO and ideally the candidate would have had C level
Marketing experience for a sports company, sports betting company, casino company or mobile application company.

Requirements:
- Must be a self starter;
- Must be happy to hire a marketing team;
- Must be a sports enthusiast;
- Experience in different markets. Brazilian/Europe/Canada/India work experience would be an advantage;
- Previous senior marketing experience for a sports company, sports betting company, casino company or mobile application company;
- Fluent English
