Lead Front-end Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-8 engineers
- Creating new SKD for live casino (based on React) from scratch
- Applications architecture design
- Mentor and advise the team in code review, pair-programming and more
- Assist in internal and external technical integrations
- CSS preprocessors, TypeScript, WebSockets, OOP
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback and guidance to developers based on the code
- See the big picture of group tasks in order to make the best decisions about priorities
- Identify and raise potential project risks to the team and help to alleviate those risk
- Assign tasks to team members effectively

Main skills:
- Team Management experience 2+ years
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- 4+ years of experience with React and Redux
- Excellent soft-skills: we are looking for goal-oriented, responsible, communicative person
- Experience with GIT, JIRA, various CI/CD systems
- Familiar with modern front-end/back-end design paradigms
- Experience in shipping high quality, high-performance software at scale
- Ability to quickly understand technical and business requirements and be able to translate them into technical design and implementation
- Upper-Intermediate English
