Role Responsibilities:

β—‹ You Key Result (KR) will be the number of scheduled Sales Introductory Calls between prospective Clients (accounts) and your Account Executive Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) volume targets;
β—‹ Identifying potential accounts and leads according to our ICPs;
β—‹ Effectively manage outbound prospecting initiative;
β—‹ Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts;
β—‹ Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities;
β—‹ Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts;
β—‹ Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads using outreach tools;
β—‹ Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot;
β—‹ Attend field marketing events to engage with participants identify opportunities, and to schedule meetings;
β—‹ Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics against your assigned target accounts;
β—‹ Participate in documenting all processes and update as needed with your Account Executive;
β—‹ Collaborate and report to your Account Executive to constantly improve outreach lead generation process;

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 😎

β—‹ 2+ years experience in lead generation targeting the U.S. B2B software market;
β—‹ 2+ years experience in sales in the 100+ people company;
β—‹ English at least full professional proficiency or native;
β—‹ Experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development in software and tech industries;
β—‹ Excellent storytelling and writing skills;
β—‹ Proficient in using Hubspot;
β—‹ Outstanding tech savvy user of lead generation tools, LinkedIn and CRM systems;
β—‹ A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements;
β—‹ Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure;
β—‹ Determined personality with a desire to grow and win;
β—‹ Easy and proactive communication style;
β—‹ Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
β—‹ Analytical and systemizing mindset;
β—‹ Result-driven personal confidence;
β—‹ Has broad knowledge in Fintech and financial services.
