Tech Lead/CTO (offline)

Now we are in an MVP development stage (mobile app and web).
We need someone to build an in-house development team and achieve our goals.

Skills / Experience Requirements:
β€” Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field;
β€” 5+ years of experience in Java software development;
β€” Experience in FinTech development;
β€” 4+ years on a management position;
β€” Work with people, be able to lead them and at the same time hear them;
β€” The ability to hear requests from the business and at the same time be able to give feedback for business in an understandable way to a non-technical person;
β€” Focus on the business part of the company;
β€” Excellent planning & delivery skills;
β€” Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:
β€” Gather an in-house development team.
β€” Interview potential team members.
β€” Setup engineering processes through a full development cycle.
β€” Involvement at the project planning stage, assistance in technical documentation formation that meets all the company requirements.
β€” Responsibility for the final evaluation of projects in your team (actually evaluation and approval of estimates of other developers/feedback if necessary).
β€” Carrying out meetings with a team of developers to control the technical quality of work.
β€” Code quality control on your team's projects (regular code review).
β€” Monitoring the work of developers of his team.
β€” Understanding of the whole state of back and front and project development (regular analysis of tasks in the Jira together with the PM).
